With the additions, SMU is now made it's first appearance in the Team Rankings. As of 9:00 A.M on Monday, the Mustangs 2010 recruiting class ranks #56 in the nation.

Louie Swope: 3-star / 73rd CB in the nation

Last season, the junior recorded 95 tackles, 1 interception, and 9 pass breakups for the West Lake Austin Chaparrals. Swope was receiving interest from Rice, Baylor, and Texas A&M, before he decided to pick SMU.

John Bordano: 3-star / 41st MLB in the nation

Bordano was a first-team All-District 26-5A selection after recording 98 tackles (10 for loss), six sacks, three caused fumbles and two blocked kicks. Bordano played outside linebacker in a 3-4 scheme, but will move to the inside, replacing Oklahoma signee Tom Wort for the 2009 season.
