To play close to home or away from his home town.
That's the decision that Fort Worth Dunbar's junior Dominque Sanders may be faced with. The talented wide receiver currently has offers from SMU, Texas Tech, Minnesota, Texas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Texas A&M.
PonyStampede.com caught up with Sanders last week to see what interest Sanders will have in SMU.
"It all depends on if I choose to stay close to home or not," Sanders said. "If I stay close to home it would probably either be TCU or SMU. If not then I'm not sure."
Sanders took a SMU game this past fall and feels that he would fit in well with June Jones' offense system.
"I watched the offense some, I also watched the defense a lot," Sanders said. "I got to see the campus a little, it's not as big as some, but it was nice."
Sanders got a chance to meet Coach Jones.
"We talked about their program," Sanders said. "All their coaches seemed really nice. I may have some interest in SMU."
Sanders, a 6-foot-1, 195-pound wide receiver, runs a 4.4 forty. He earned first team all district honors as a junior.
