Julian Dozier is hungry for offers.
The 5’9” cornerback has been attending camps all summer, including the SMU senior camp, and claims that his 40 time has been clocked as low as 4.3.
Lightning fast, but Dozier feels that his strength is his most valuable asset. “I am a real physical corner. I like to press, jam, and play mean bump and run, and I use my speed when I need to,” says Dozier. He also says that he loves to hit people and make tackles.
Dozier is keeping in contact with SMU, UTEP, and Colorado State, among others, but has yet to receive any offers.
Julian is focused on the upcoming season with the Stony Point High Tigers. The Tigers are expected to go deep into the playoffs and he is ready to showcase his talents on the field. Dozier says, “I have dominated in every camp, I have 3 stars, and I am #9 in Texas at corner.
"I have been working hard this off season on my footwork, and attending camps has made me a better player.”
What Dozier lacks in height, he makes up for in speed and tenacity, and he is ready for college coaches to take notice.
