Looking For That Consistency

This SMU spring season will be nearly all about Kyle Padron's progression with the offense. The Mustangs averaged just over 25 points per game last season. If the junior returning starter can't find a way to be more consistent in 2011, the Mustangs won't be able to take the next step.

SMU has fielded a football team since 1915. From the time of its creation, no quarterback has thrown for more yards in a season than Kyle Padron. No signal-caller has thrown for more touchdowns in a season. And maybe no other quarterback has had as many critics.
